01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and hh98 ("hh98", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the hh98 website, mobile web platform, and all associated services, including the online casino, sports betting, account management, payment processing, and customer support services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, logging in to an existing hh98 account, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of any third party, you represent that you have the authority to bind that third party to these Terms.

hh98 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page with the date of the most recent revision indicated at the top. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

03 Eligibility & Registration

Access to the hh98 Platform and participation in any real money gaming or betting activity is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. hh98 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. Age verification is conducted on all accounts prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party when registering an account or placing wagers on the Platform.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, a Restricted Jurisdiction at the time of any real money transaction.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order applied through the hh98 Platform or through any national self-exclusion registry that hh98 participates in.
• You must not have had a previous hh98 account closed for fraudulent, dishonest, or abusive conduct.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification.

Each individual may maintain only one registered account on the hh98 Platform. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered by the same person under different names or mobile numbers — are prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances. hh98 uses identity verification technology to detect duplicate registrations.

04 Account Obligations

As a registered hh98 account holder, you accept the following ongoing obligations for the duration of your account's existence:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hh98 login credentials, including your password. You must not share your account access details with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify hh98 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. hh98 may be contacted by email at [email protected].
• You accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs on your account, including activity carried out by any person to whom you have negligently or deliberately disclosed your credentials.
• You must keep your registered contact information — including your mobile number and any email address associated with your account — current and accurate. Failure to maintain current contact details may affect our ability to provide account notifications and may delay withdrawal processing.
• You must not use any automated software, bot, or script to interact with the hh98 Platform in any way that is not explicitly authorised by hh98.

05 Deposits & Payments

hh98 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All deposit transactions are processed exclusively in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to player-facing deposit amounts.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account verification tier.
• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically reflect in the player's PKR Wallet within five minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business hour to process.
• hh98 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The payment method used for deposit must be registered in the same name as the hh98 account holder. Deposits from joint accounts or business accounts are not accepted.
• hh98 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit that it reasonably suspects may be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or terms violation.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by fully verified hh98 account holders. Full verification requires the successful completion of identity verification (providing a copy of a valid CNIC or equivalent government-issued photo identification) and payment method verification (confirmation that the withdrawal method is registered in the account holder's name).

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. The maximum withdrawal per transaction and per day may vary based on account verification tier and payment method.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within one business hour of approval.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit on the account, unless hh98 customer support explicitly approves an alternative method following identity verification.
• hh98 does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which hh98 accepts no responsibility.
• hh98 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request pending completion of additional identity verification, anti-fraud checks, or resolution of an open account investigation.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

hh98 offers promotional bonuses and other incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, in addition to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from it can be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each specific promotion. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited.
• hh98 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited and actively being wagered will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
• Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any time, unless the specific promotion terms expressly permit concurrent bonuses.
• hh98 reserves the right to withhold bonus payments and associated winnings from any player who it reasonably suspects is exploiting promotional terms through co-ordinated play, use of multiple accounts, or other abusive behaviour.

08 Gaming Rules

All casino games on the hh98 Platform — including live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti) and electronic games (slots, RNG table games, jackpot games) — are operated in accordance with the following general gaming rules:

• Electronic game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software. The RNG is independently certified to ensure statistical fairness and non-predictability. hh98 does not intervene in or influence electronic game outcomes.
• Live dealer games are dealt using physical decks or wheels by professionally trained dealers, with all dealing procedures recorded on video. Game results are final once the round is concluded and confirmed by the dealer or system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction — including platform disconnection, system error, or game software fault — that prevents the completion of a round, hh98 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's PKR Wallet.
• If a player's internet connection is lost during a round, the round will continue to its conclusion according to the game's programmed logic. Results determined in the player's absence are final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and table. These limits are displayed within each game interface before any wager is placed.

09 Sports Betting

hh98 provides sports betting markets across cricket (including PSL, Pakistan bilateral series, and international tournaments), football, UFC, kabaddi, and other sporting events. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the Platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by the hh98 system, the odds are locked and cannot be changed, even if the displayed odds are subsequently corrected due to a pricing error.
• hh98 reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond the date specified in the market, or abandoned without a conclusive result, unless specific settlement rules for the market state otherwise.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — defined as odds so materially different from the fair market price as to constitute a clear system or human error — hh98 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's PKR Wallet.
• Live betting markets are offered on selected events. In-play bet acceptance is subject to the Platform's real-time availability and may be suspended at any time at hh98's discretion, including during critical moments in a match.
• Winnings from sports betting are calculated as the product of the confirmed odds and the stake amount, minus any applicable deductions stated in the specific market terms.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hh98 Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance held:

• Opening or operating more than one hh98 account simultaneously or consecutively under the same or different identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information, including false date of birth for the purpose of circumventing the 21+ age requirement.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to the manipulation of game outcomes or bonus calculation errors.
• Using any form of automated software — including bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools — to place bets, interact with live dealer tables, or otherwise use the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Engaging in "chip dumping" or any other form of deliberate fund transfer between player accounts through gaming activity.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting or arbitrage strategy using hh98 bonus funds, where such activity is inconsistent with the terms of the specific promotion.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the hh98 Platform — including but not limited to the hh98 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, video streams, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of hh98 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants any player any right, licence, or interest in any hh98 intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the hh98 Platform without the prior written consent of hh98. Unauthorised use of hh98 intellectual property may result in legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hh98 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform, whether direct or indirect.
• Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service that result in the inability to place or settle bets or access funds during the affected period, provided that hh98 takes reasonable steps to restore service promptly.
• Any loss arising from a player's reliance on inaccurate odds, game descriptions, or promotional terms that were posted in error, where hh98 acts promptly to correct the error upon discovery.
• Any act or omission of a third-party payment provider, including delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank's own systems.

Nothing in these Terms limits hh98's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable international gaming regulations.

13 Responsible Gaming

hh98 is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure on-screen reminders that display during active gaming sessions to indicate how long a session has been active.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply a self-exclusion period ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During any active self-exclusion, login access is blocked and promotional communications cease. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the end of the selected period.
• Reality Checks: The Platform can be configured to display a summary of time played and net position at regular intervals during a session.

hh98 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. Players who are identified as being under 21 will have their account permanently closed and any real-money deposits refunded. hh98 does not profit from underage gambling.

14 Suspension & Termination

hh98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment method verification within a reasonable period following a verification request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or any other illegal conduct.
• Detection of a duplicate account associated with the same individual.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requiring the Platform to restrict access to specific individuals or jurisdictions.

Upon account closure for cause, hh98 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, any legitimate balance will be returned to the player via the most recent verified withdrawal method. Where wrongdoing is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting hh98 support. Any real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method following identity confirmation.

15 Amendments to These Terms

hh98 may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with the updated "Last Updated" date displayed prominently at the top of the page and in the updated strip below the hero section.

For material amendments — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — hh98 will endeavour to provide advance notice via a notification displayed upon next login. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request closure of your account.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised online gaming legal standards applicable to the jurisdiction under which hh98 holds its operating licence. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any applicable local law, these Terms shall be interpreted so as to comply with applicable law to the fullest extent possible.

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the hh98 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting hh98 customer support in writing at [email protected]. hh98 will endeavour to acknowledge all formal complaints within two business days and to provide a substantive response within ten business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaint process, both parties agree to seek resolution through the applicable dispute resolution procedure available under hh98's operating licence framework before initiating any formal legal proceeding.
